Groot Bros Contracting was needing to improve the understanding of their equipment costs, productivity, and cash flow requirements to improve business decision making.

OUR ANALYSIS

PNL reviewed their existing administrative processes to identify gaps and develop an action plan for areas of improvement. We proceeded to implement improvements on an incremental basis to minimize disturbance on employees. We continued to oversee the process improvements until they became the normal routines.

THE RESULT

The client was able to get accurate cash flow forecasts, job costing, and equipment costing information along with divisional financial statements on a timely basis to understand where to focus their management expertise to improve results.
