Case Study: Fabrication Company – Succession PlanPNL2018-08-26T09:20:10-08:00
The owner of a fabrication company was looking to sell his company and retire. The management team had purchased a portion of the company but was unable to agree on the value or structure to purchase the remainder.
PNL prepared a report valuing the company’s assets and several structures that would allow the purchase of the remaining parts of the company.
The retiring shareholder agreed to one of the structure options and the management team was able to proceed to acquiring the remainder of the business.
